I work with parents who are either thinking about divorce, in the middle of divorce, post divorce or struggling with co-parenting or have no contact with their kids due to divorce or are in a "parent alienation" situation.
I offer courses, individual coaching, group coaching. I am available to speak to your organization with an empowering talk to educate & inspire.
My Mission is to support parents & children in divorce & beyond by providing innovative tools, strategies, & solutions that minimize the impact of divorce trauma for families to move from surviving to thriving!
My goal is to end the generational cycle of pain & suffering caused when parents ‘Un’ Consciously co-parent so that the children, their children, & their future children experience the freedom & joy of happy, healthy childhoods raised in strong loving child-focused home environments.

I began my adult life going to MBA school & working with high-powered professionals as a consultant, educating, guiding, leading, & supporting them through conflict & team communication. As a child who experienced parents who divorced & going through a divorce myself, I knew that things could be different.
With self-reflection, healing, & unconditional love towards our family unit, I was able to build a strong loving relationship with both of my parents & re-build my relationship with my children that was severed for more than 5 years. Now, it is my life's work to help others thrive - not just survive in the face of divorce & beyond. When not working, I enjoy hiking, horseback riding, skiing, swimming & spending time with friends & family.
